Venue admission, rally passes, parking passes, and other third-party event requirements may be separate from Camp Easy Ride reservations unless specifically stated in writing.

3. Reservations and Payments

Reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until the required deposit, hold, or payment has been accepted. You agree to provide accurate reservation, contact, guest, and payment information.

• Deposits, balances, payment deadlines, and package rates may vary by event.
• Balances may be due before the event date according to the terms shown during booking or in your reservation communications.
• Failure to pay required balances on time may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any non-refundable amounts.
• Camp Easy Ride may use third-party payment processors. Payment processing is subject to the processor's terms and privacy practices.

4. Cancellations, Credits, and Refunds

Cancellation, credit, and refund rules may vary by event and package. Unless a different written policy applies to your reservation, deposits and reservation holds may be non-refundable because Camp Easy Ride commits equipment, labor, and site planning resources in advance.

If Camp Easy Ride cancels a service before the event begins, we may offer a refund, credit, or alternative reservation option. If a venue, promoter, weather event, government order, emergency, or other circumstance outside our control changes or cancels an event, Camp Easy Ride may offer credits or other remedies based on the situation, venue policy, and costs already incurred.

5. Guest Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own conduct and for the conduct of anyone in your reservation group. You agree to follow all Camp Easy Ride rules, venue rules, event policies, posted instructions, safety directions, and applicable laws.

• Do not damage, move, alter, smoke inside, or misuse tents, bedding, power lines, furniture, hospitality supplies, or other property.
• Do not create unsafe conditions, disturb other guests, tamper with generators or electrical equipment, or bring prohibited items into the camp area.
• You are responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unreturned Camp Easy Ride property assigned to your reservation.
• Camp Easy Ride may charge the payment method on file for damage, cleaning, missing items, unauthorized use, or rule violations.

6. Personal Property and Assumption of Risk

Outdoor events involve inherent risks, including weather, uneven ground, heat, cold, noise, crowds, motorsports activity, limited utilities, insects, dust, smoke, and other conditions beyond Camp Easy Ride's control. You voluntarily assume the risks associated with attending events and using outdoor camping services.

Camp Easy Ride is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, motorcycles, vehicles, clothing, electronics, luggage, cash, or valuables, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
